Submitting is not permission to publishWhen you send us your story, you're sharing it with the My Healthcare Nightmare team for review only. We will not publish, post, or share your story, your name, or any details that could identify you unless we contact you, you agree to move forward, and you sign a written release and license agreement.

Not every story will be selectedWe read every submission, but we can't guarantee we'll follow up or publish. We may also publish stories from others that describe similar experiences.

Your privacyYour submission is kept confidential and seen only by our review team. Please share only what you're comfortable with, and don't include medical records, insurance ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information at this stage. If your story involves other people, you don't need to name them. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing privacy@balto.com. Age and accuracy confirmationBy submitting, you confirm that you're at least 18, that this is your own experience (or you're authorized to share it), and that it's accurate to the best of your knowledge.
